The Heat Pump Shop is a division of our Parent company Doug Robinson Appliances Limited, family owned for over 35 years. The Heat Pump Shop was established in 2002 by husband and wife team, Mark and Arlene Farrar. We specialize in domestic & light Commercial Air Conditioning, from new design & build, renovations or existing. We are proudly the number one dealer in the Waikato for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and have been since 2005. We recommend this brand due to its superior reliability, high efficiency & quiet operation as endorsed & recommended by Consumer Magazine.
